The purpose of this course is to provide the student with a basic understanding of the various aspects of injection molding. This is an applications course with hands-on lab experience included for both safety and process procedures in setting-up and operating the injection-molding machine.

  • Reviewing injection molding
  • Using material handling equipment
  • Learning injection molding safety processes
  • Reviewing the molding machine functions and its parts
  • Setting a mold
Notes: There is no prerequisite for this class. The handout material and a certificate of completion are included with the course fee.
