Become a certified Six Sigma Green Belt in just 10 weeks by spending two evenings every other week in class and completing the equivalence of one day of homework per session. Homework includes doing a "lean" project for your company during the training. Learn how to make your company more profitable through Six Sigma initiatives. Please note that the cost savings associated with the completion of your Six Sigma project has in the past always covered the cost of this program.

Course highlights include
  • Brief history and introductions to Six Sigma
  • Define and measure methodologies—Six Sigma metrics, SPC, process capability, benchmarking practices, cost/benefit analysis, probability and statistics, seven management and planning tools
  • Measure and analyze—Measurement systems analysis, quality tools, transaction analysis, data analysis, FMEA
  • Improvement methods—Lean manufacturing and design of experiments
  • Control methodologies—Management, training, documentation, auditing and monitoring, mistake/error proofing

Notes: There are no prerequisites for this class. The handout material and certificate of completion is included with the course fee. Upon request a green belt certification test can also be provided with this course at an additional fee. Note that the classroom portion is two nights of 3 hours each per every other week.
