The Failure Mode and Effects Analysis class is a systematic approach used to determine design or process shortcomings before they occur. Broken down by parts, the failure mode ascertains what can go wrong, while the effects analysis studies the consequences of the failure. This course is especially important to program managers, engineers, quality managers and technicians, team members, and anyone involved in new product launches. Course highlights include:
